Anise Honey is a strongly aromatic and rare honey with exquisite taste, gathered from a herb named Glykanisos. It is collected from Istiaios, a place in the north part of the Evia island. The area was named after nymph Istiaia, Posidon’s grand-daughter and is reknown for its fertile soil.
